I first met Sally on the 2012 Low-Carb Cruise. Like me, she came in early for each of the educational sessions so she could sit on the first row. We ended up sitting next to each other for most of the sessions.

I had the great pleasure of interviewing Dave Asprey, The Bulletproof Excutive, on the 2013 Low-Carb Cruise. Dave very graciously agreed to come to my cabin after the Monday session to chat on camera, even though he was pressed for time (his children were booked for a custom teddy bear construction activity, so we had only about 30 minutes to set up and get it done).
